i solved all but moving the last mirror before i even clicked on that mirror. xD SO i already had the beam in place and was like perfect. it can go in the shadowed square!

OK I give up trying to get the items from this game; I've tried turning off all my popup blockers individually as well as checking "always allow on this site" and after 4 tries it's still blocking me from getting the grant. Will there be another way to get it?

@Count Trashula: Does it tell you anywhere what the link it blocked was? For me it shows the link that was blocked, so I was able to just click the link from the pop up blocker to get the prize. And there is another way to get the items; you can buy them with pawns from the event shop.
