Oh my lanta. I've never seen a website have an IT position. Bless Voltra, this is undoubtedly one of the best days of my life. Nothing is more therapeutic than pressing the same buttons over and over again for seven hours straight.

Or are we talking the End of the first, when the first turns into the second?
I've learned over the years, it's usually better to put the time as 11.59PM to differentiate between the beginning or end of a day. Just because it can be really confusing to some people otherwise.

@Lunakiri: Time is always tricky! "November 1, 2017 at approximately 12am" refers to the clock you'll see on the home page in the bottom right of the landscape. This way we all are running on the same clock. ^^ That means its best to submit your apps no later than October 31st at 11:59 pm. If that helps.
@Fozzy: That's what I figured, since that's the more common thing, but ... I've learned it's still better to make it the .59 to still make it easier for people, and avoid questions, lol.But thanks for clearin' that up! ~<3
