Forums General Chit-Chat Hey I’m Total. Ask Me Anything (AMA)
@Lina: thanks. It’s because I thought my cat was really sick. He’s probably ok though.
@koneko: beach 100% not only do I love the beach but there is no incline like the mountains.
@Priestess of Pie: thank you. He’s back from the vet now so he is probably ok.
- @Lina: Pfft, what am I, made of money?
@totalanimefan: I love both of those movies! You've got good taste
Whats youre favorite author? And did everything go okay with your cat?

@totalanimefan: oh DC is amazing! Definitely a well worth it trip. I hope you get to go to both eventually <3
@Aonani: omg thanks. I do think they are great.
And probably either Lemony Snicket or Eiichiro Oda.
Snicket wrote the Series of Unfortunate Events and I just love the writing style and the story. It’s so unique.
Oda writes One Piece and I think it’s one of the best written things in our life time.
Luckily my cat seems to be ok.
@PurpdaBurpPurp: how about jumping into a bunch of clouds. I always though that sounds great (if you could and just fall through)
@kaichoukai: oh you have been? I just love so much about that city I wish I could live there but the kind of careers my husband and I have mean that we live in Silicon Valley. (I have been to both of those places actually lol)
@Totalanimefan: I'll have a mini heart attack if that were to happen to me :viocry:
Merp I rather choose the first option for me

@totalanimefan: I've read lemony snicket's works but i'm one of those few weirdos that have never gotten into one piece. I have no clue why it's just never been on my radar, but I should check it out if you think its that good.
When I was younger my two favorite books writing style wise were Unwind by Neal shusterman and Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card.
Are there any book to movie or Manga to Anime that you liked that stayed true to the source material?
Chatterbox
@PurpdaBurpPurp: that’s cool. ^^
@Aonani: yeah it’s great. I recommend giving it a read because that’s faster than watching the anime but I do both. It’s the same story.
As for anime’s that are really loyal to the manga most Shonen’s are. FMA:B is the same as the manga and so is the new Fruit’s Basket series. I highly recommend both of them.
For a great story you should play the visual novel Stein’s Gate. There is also an anime which covers the story and is amazing but the VN just has so much more to say. Like any book vs TV show/movie.
@Anarchist Beauty: I’m too late to help you but you should have the 2nd one.
@Eruca: yeah he’s ok now. He stepped in wet concrete and when I came home and saw I had to take him to the emergency vet. It was a whole thing and very stressful.
Why are you awake?
(wait, why am I awake?)
