PROMPT: Talk to J.C. and Cecelia
Vregory seems confused by all the different suggestions as he wanders up to the concessions stand again, holding up the wriggling jellyfish, "Trade?"
J.C. crinkles his nose slightly, "I'm not sure what you expect me to do with this..."
Cecelia's eyes light up, her little hands reaching up over the counter, "I wan it!"
Her father sighs, patting the top of her head, "I don't want you getting stung, princess. We're going to pass on this one. Hm..." He leans on the counter, noticing something over Vreg's shoulder, "Damn it Garry, I told you not to stay out in the sun too long..."
Vreg perks up, shoving the jellyfish back into his inventory as he nods, "He was feeling bad so we all got together and lifted him up and brought him over here I think he's sick? He's very red and dizzy but he said he's find so I-" J.C. holds his hand up, ceasing Vregory's rambling.
"Yeah that's usually the case. Garry's got this thing where he doesn't feel pain so, he's always getting himself hurt. Hm. I'll take care of this..." He pulls out a water bottle, glancing to Vreg, "D'ya think you could go find something to help out? I'll compensate you for your time."
Return tomorrow for a new location to explore!

PROMPT: Return to Concessions Stand with Garry
With your help, Vreg helps lift Garry off his surfboard. Surprisingly, he doesn't seem to mind as his horrific sunburn is touched, laughing, "Hey, it's cool guys you don't need to move me!"
Ignoring him, you bring him back over to the concessions stand, sitting him under the cool shade of a palm tree.

PROMPT: Investigate Underwater
Vreg smiles, nodding in understanding, "Okay! Let's see what goodies the ocean has!"
Puffing up his cheeks with air, he splashes under the water, beginning to search the ocean floor. It's a beautiful view as schools of tropical fish swim past and crabs scuttling hurriedly across the sand. He glances up for a moment, seeing Velvet's hand fishing around in the water still. She really seems desperate to find something.
Vreg continues to scan, but can't seem to find anything. It seems both you and Velvet are searching in the wrong spot.

Vreg blinks, "Do you want me to use it on the bird? Okay!"
However, the seagull knows that you and Vreg are looking at it, or at least the shiny object in its mouth. It has a mischievous face, and your worst fears are confirmed when Vreg approaches it with the net.
It flies off just before the swiping net reaches it. It would appear a bird is mocking you.
You shake your fist. Next time, seagull, next time.

PROMPT: Talk to Velvet
Vreg paddles up to her with a smile, "Hello fancy lady."
Velvet growls at the water and plops back onto her floaty in frustration. "I don't have time to talk right now," she huffs.
Vreg blinks with a tilt of his head, "Can I help? You look upset. Have lots of friends who can do whatever you need!"
"Hmph," she turns away. "Can you drain the ocean, Vreg? You probably can't help me, so please just leave me alone." Bending over the side of the tube, you hear splashing as she resumes whatever it is she was doing.
Vreg faces you with a sad smile reflected in his eyes. "That fancy lady is a scary lady sometimes."

Vreg wades towards Garry, who looks to be more tomato than person while lying across a surfboard. The VPD officer is beyond red and barely budges an inch.
"Oh hey Vreg," he offers a trademark grin. "I hope you're having fun! Isn't the beach awesome? Though..." His voice trails off as you see another red spot swell on his shoulder. "For some reason, I don't feel too good. Weird, huh? Maybe I'm hungry?" He lays his head down slowly and you sweatdrop.
You wish there was something you could do for him.

Vregory begins to approach the orb, but feels something attach to his leg. You discover that a jellyfish has wrapped its tendrils around the pale limb and won't release it, seemingly content.
Gained 1 Happy Jellyfish! They just wanted company, but unfortunately Vregory became too distracted by it, and some good time was spent playing with it.

Upon closer inspection, the stick bobbing up and down seems to be made of fine bamboo. Vreg reaches out to grab it and a current reveals the opposite end for a moment.
It's actually a net! Chasing after it might have consequences, but you never know how useful a net could be on a beach. Right?

"No, can't do that," Vreg shakes his head at your suggestion. "We only take what others throw out. Is really good to take then because nobody but us will use it, and then is our treasure."
Eugene squeaks rapidly at you in what can only be a disapproving tone. Yes, you're being scolded by a rat. For shame.
You briefly consider reaching into that tip jar for yourself, but J.C.'s stern watch makes you reconsider.

Pulling out his trusty shovel once again, Vreg gets to work, beginning to dig up the beach. Cecelia peers over the edge of the counter, watching him with big, curious eyes, "Are you building a castle?"
"Looking for something good..." Vreg mumbled absentmindedly, continuing to dig up the beach.
With a shrug of his shoulders, J.C. sighed, "Just don't wear yourself out too much huh?"
After tearing up the beach, the shovel fails you once more. You find nothing.
Vregory shakes the sand out of his long hair.
