@Totalanimefan: Well that's scary, about your heart. Fingers crossed that it's nothing serious though. Hoping that your trip to CA is going well! I'm good! Just been going all over. Like yesterday I was out of the house at a friend from my business group's annual social (which I was the only non-family member that showed up lol), and today I'm going to a housewarming party.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah it is! How are you! How've you been doing?

@Totalanimefan: I have been meeting a lot of new, and several old, friends :) It's been a lot of fun, and it's how I met my bestie and her kids (kinda). We're kinda coworkers in the same building and just started hanging out all the time :)

@Totalanimefan: Yeah it is. I've lost several really good friends over the years (two of them actually passed away) so I'm kinda on the side of doing whatever it takes not to lose anymore.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah I've lost too many good friends and I'd hate to lose them.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah I definitely need to. It sucks but I have to do it. Yeah while it's not the best that moving with my bestie and her kids fell through, it's probably for the best. I'd HATE to have a huge fight over it with her, or the boys.

@Totalanimefan: Absolutely! And it'd be more than just her too, I'd probably ruin my friendship with her kids too, since they're pretty close to my age (well, one is)

Edit: Lol so some context, I thought I'd already told you this in my last post but the living situation with my best friend and her two sons fell through. So that's what I'm talking about here.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah! I have a few in mind already, a couple friends that I love very dearly. Although I've been warned by another friend of mine to be careful with that.

@Totalanimefan: Several do! That would be the plan, getting one or more to come room up with me. :)

@Totalanimefan: Yeah thanks for that! It's the interest rates. Supply and demand. Lol. Glad to see it though. Now I can probably get a place of my own soon-ish.

@Totalanimefan: I don't right now. But I have a friend that works in the mortgage industry and I have great credit. The plan is for a friend of mine and I to get a place together. Houses are already starting to go down in price here so in a few months we should be good :)
