@Totalanimefan: Comfortable couches are the best! I could use them as a bed permanently if I could find one good enough lol. Hey, that's cool that you're reaching out though! It isn't easy at first but I've just been throwing myself into it and the more I think I'm gonna hate it, the more I end up loving it. :D

@Totalanimefan: Uncomfortable couches suck. My friend Courtney and her husband Josh have a FANTASTIC couch and I would absolutely put that in a room and use it as a bed (it's big enough to be used for that). It really was fun! I needed this. I've got a lot going on right now and a mini vacation with some of my favorite people is what I needed. I'm sorry that you don't have anyone nearby :(

@Totalanimefan: I'm sure you did great :) Sorry to hear about your back! I feel your (back) pain though, honestly I think my friends' carpeted floor would have been more comfortable than their couch! Yeah it was a lot of fun! A couple that I know have two kids and they managed to get grandma and grandpa to take care of the kiddos for the weekend. They haven't been able to cut loose in a long time and especially not for almost three full days so we made the most of our time. James plays Magic so we played a bit of that, and a bunch of games they got from our local game store, and even a game or two of Call of Duty on XBOX (James used to be a professional, on a really good clan, so I got cleaned up hardcore). It was fun despite the very large gap in skill level, and I managed to shoot him a couple times!

I just really needed to get away from home for a bit, and I'll probably go over there more often now even if the kiddos are home

@Totalanimefan: Clearly not! Lol! Hey good luck on the presentation :) Sounds like a very busy week for sure! I've been gone all weekend at a friend's house. Lots of games, a bunch of alcohol (thus contributing to me staying over twice), it was a blast! My back is killing me though after sleeping on a couch two days in a row.

@Totalanimefan: You would think we would, wouldn't you? Instead we have TWO muscle cars and a leased Rogue which I hate driving. I need to get something better though. But yes, snow on the first of May sucks, even if it was only for a few minutes. How are you?

@Totalanimefan: I probably would hate the heat and miss the cold if I moved to Florida, I'm just sick of it. It was snowing when I woke up yesterday even. Yeah the car sucks, I wish my mom would just let me trade it in for something else off of the local used car lot. Something with AWD preferably.

@Totalanimefan: I use my mom's '07 Mustang which is in not great condition and I hate it. It's also not mine so I can't trade it in even if I wanted to. You should definitely get away during the winter and have yourself a mini vacation in Florida. At this point Florida is sounding good to me too lol. I love the rain but I'd be scared of it in Florida.

@Totalanimefan: Oh I love the rain, fall is my favorite time of year so rain is the best :D How does your sad lamp work out for you? Does it help? Yeah I may just have to lease a Lexus. We have a dealer in the area so I'm sure I could make that work.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah her Lexus is fantastic. It's a 2013 and it feels so nice to drive. I'm sorry to hear about your seasonal depression though. That definitely sucks :/

@Totalanimefan: That's my parents for you. I'd much rather have a Lexus. My friend recently bought one and she's let me drive it, and I can say with certainty that's the best experience I've ever had driving. Yeah this weather has been awful and I read it's supposed to snow AGAIN on Friday. I don't get seasonal depression really, I just have the all-year-round kind lol.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah our weather has sucked. We've finally gotten above 50 but it's been raining since yesterday morning so it's all icky stuff. Lol.

It's going pretty well. We finally got mom's Mustangs out of the garage (hers and the one I drive which is also hers, but also mine, but also hers lol) and the battery was dead so i had to drive around for a couple hours to recharge the battery after we got it jumped. And yes, I'm aware how dumb it is to have TWO vehicles that you can only drive for a portion of the year in Minnesota, but she doesn't listen lol. How was your weekend?

@Totalanimefan: We haven't gotten snow in like three days and it's supposed to get up to 70, then back down to 40, next week sometime. How about you? What's it like to have nice weather? Haha!

@Totalanimefan: That's awesome news! I've been good, just getting out of the house a lot and hanging out with friends. Glad to hear you're recovering :D
