We were actually going to include a writing contest for Vontell, haha, but since we haven't released the lore, we didn't think there was enough yet to work from. Maybe in the future!

I'm glad! I tried to make sure there was an even split, in terms of art vs non-art stuff, so that everyone could participate. I think 50/50 is the split I want to try and keep going forward, but we'll see how it turns out!

I tried to design a bonfire dress and it was so so so so ugly hahaha

I think it's hilarious that our sweet boy Vontell is the site least favorite. Clearly we're going to need to focus on him in future events, so people can see how amazing he is. <3

Haha, that's because it's my day off, and I can be! I'm trying to sweep all the ducks into a line so we can try and do the judging and recoloring fast and get the new items out. I've also been doing a lot of work behind the scenes with Lina--I'm so excited for the common update for this week, you don't even know.

I'm glad you guys liked it! I know it definitely had its share of flaws--it was the first I've ever planned on a big scale, and we had less posting time than expected due to one of our helpers resigning and one getting sick halfway through--but I like to think it went okay, as far as a mini event goes, and we have pages of notes on how to improve going forward that we've noticed on our end. We're definitely going to post for feedback following the close of the event, and ways to improve for future mini-events, so keep an eye out if you have suggestions! I know I'm going to be looking into timed posts, a site clock, and maybe seeing if we can implement dice type games, but we'll see if those are possibilities, haha.
