@ChiffonOrange: The point of the game tho is really set in spending money. The big events (we call them hell events) can cost up to $100 to complete it at 100%. Some are worth it tho. Like they have one time only exclusive Disney sets so if you didn't get it then, there wont be a repeat of it.........$100 just for Elsa lol. But I paid $100 to get Rapunzel cuz that's my favorite!!
I'll get back into the game some time when I have better money flow cuz I was struggling for awhile.

I miss 24 hour walmart. I cant get anything after work anymore so I save all my trips for my days off now. It suuucks but I cant complain. I just wish we'd go back to phase 1, I'm sick of people doing dine in services.

So my burgers are usually burnt lmaoo.
I just use ground beef, season it with some salt and cook it on the stove. Toast my bun too.
Sometimes it comes out good, sometimes I give it to my dog lmaoooo

@ChiffonOrange: 100% the purchases were on impulse buys or events. I didn't even realize how much I was spending until I went into my google account and added it all up.

@ChiffonOrange: I'll def throw money at customizing characters and stuff. PWI had some interesting outfits that I don't regret buying. I spent a lot of money on Love Nikki when I played it because man those outfitssss. I had to stop playing when I realized I was spending 1K a year on it...oops.

@ChiffonOrange: I just checked the google play for the app and still no tideborn class lol. Lots of complaints tho for being a money grab game and I'm having war flashbacks to the computer version. rip.

I chose to go for my own site so I didn't have to worry about censorship. On SJ you couldn't post 18+ stuff anymore even before the buy out. Plus some sites do punish lgtbtq+ creators.............so yeah. My own site = my own rules.

That's me with my dog Lola. I've had her since she was born and she just turned 9!!! She's so old now....Losing her will be a very bad time for me cuz she's literally my child, so yeahhhhh. I'm not looking forward to thaaat. I cry when I even think about it.

@ChiffonOrange: PWI was a fun game when I started in 2011 but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan it's so bad now. At least the US servers are. I hear it's still pretty popular in Asia. They did release a mobile version of the game and it was really nice but it was quick to cap and I got bored really quick after that. I want to redownload it when they release the Tideborn class and have more quests to do. They really did get the beauty of the game into a phone which was nice. Music was still there too but it had new worlds to explore!


@eyry: I get off after 10pm now and my state is in curfew at 10 so everything's closed. It suuucks cuz sometimes the craving for taco bell too strong but rip. Idk how the curfew is gonna curb the covid crisis buuuuut it's better than nothing I suppose...

And I'm sorry about your bunny. I've lost 4 dogs so far due to age/sickness but when my fish died in 2012 (my first pet with my first paycheck) I was SOBBING. It was just a fish but I loved that little dude. Losing pets isn't fun but they are such a huge part of my life that Idk if I can ever be without one again.

@Liztress: Maybe even the admins from Mene will come here lol.
I like the forums of Mene more due to the layout but Voltra's got some nice threads and active users to keep you company!

@Evilcupcakecat: Roliana and Solia were just other avatar sites. I like the community of Roliana but their avatars were kinda trash. I think Solia had the better avatars but they had no items worth investing into. Mene was a good mash of both. I was mainly active there in 2010 when I joined but I always came back for events or to lurk. I do wish it could be revived but seeing how avatar sites are becoming less and less (minus this site and Dappervolk), Mene would just be a lost cause.
I might join the discord tho but I'm rarely on discord even on the app, but since most are on here it's like Mene part 2.

I am also from Mene. I found this site from a thread there when they pretty much announced the site's impending doom. I really like it here and cant wait to see what future features this site has for us!

@xvz: People would sign up and everyone would draw something from their webcomic. It was a good way to get people to see your comic but also enjoy seeing what people created. It was so fun, it was the biggest user run event they had every year, some people came just for that.
We have 0 idea why they removed the forum but I just learned that the site, after one year of buy out, is shutting down. I'm bitter sweet about it because that site got me into webcomics but the buyout was awful. They close at the end of the month.

I found them in an ad posting in the Deviantart forums! They've been super amazing and are able to do anything I need and they're super affordable. Tho I'm giving them way more money then what they asked because wow, I'm impressed.

I used to play MMO's! But my computer cant handle them anymore so I kinda had to stop. Idk if I'll pick them back up when I upgrade but who knows. I was an avid player in Perfect World but it's so much a pay to win game now I lost interest. I still listen to the music tho.


@Juliette: Wander back in when you wake up! Because I LOVE Magi. Alibaba is my favorite and then Judar cuz I'm villain trash. I really wished for a third season :'c

@Evilcupcakecat: I hope the owner is okay though, the main admins can't seem to get in contact with him. But even to save it at it's current rate, isn't worth it. Once the CI's stopped coming out people pretty much left. :c I really loved the rp's in there and met some nice people. Plus the items were fantastic. I'll keep logging on here and there until Mene's site dies. Too many of my avatar sites have gone away or changed into something different. Rolia died, Solia turned into this..weird...web browser thing that makes no sense. Gaia is alive but barely hanging on. But Voltra is growing!
I don't come here every day but I do enjoy the hangout forum and the events when they pop up. I have a hangout thread you're welcome to join in and meet some people.

I'm on Gaia too but I loved Mene's community and was so sad to see it become dust. I heard lots of people from there came here which is why I joined and I like it so far!
