@Wildfire: im planning to do 1 portrait study per month.
just to track progress with studies.
though with the current study i have to rework some areas as they look too soft.

@Geist: greetings, how's it going?

@Wildfire: true. figuring it out through IG and twitter both is hard since IG hides your post if you spell patreon correctly if you promote patreon stuff and twitter hides your post with links so its a bit tricky.

but i spent today studying and painting so im excited to bring those skills into my personal works

I got the Zaza item i think it's called???
not sure what else. i have a lot of unopened things so figuring out what has been in my inventory for ages
and what hasn't lol.

@Kittyzilla: Art is usually just about shapes.
so some shapes make the face look younger.

im not very good at faces myself or anatomy in general lol but i started painting a study today
and it's slowly getting out of the ugly stage.
just a lot of practice and try not having too high of standards when your coming back into art
as that tends to add too much pressure to oneself.

Starting is always the hardest part.
I wish you best of luck in your endeavors.
and try not to get too discouraged if something does not turn out how you want it.
Art just takes... a lot of practice and repetition.

@Wildfire: probably could try better at promoting.
it's a bit tricky to promote.
some don't like links, accurate names of sites, etc.
so it's a bit hard.
Moody Says. . .

@Wildfire: Promoting where you can on social media about your commissions.
but for small artists like me, it's kinda rare to get commissions.
on IG people kinda don't think your art is worth unless you have like 1k followers or something.

Kinda tried everything i could last year
so my only guess to get commissions is to improve my work lmao

finally finished mine.
very happy with the outcome of it tho.
hoping the person who receives it will like it.

@Wildfire: yup. will have to spend at least $1-2
to survive this year since my bank wants me to spend money every 1-2 months.
so hoping i can get commissioned within the year
Moody Says. . .

▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

@Wildfire: me too otherwise keeping my account active
is going to be a very tight budget. since i only have $9 lol
Moody Says. . .

▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

@Wildfire: I'm honestly just hoping to get a commission.
i have my do and don't draw list with my TOS and everything.
i just want to get commissioned.

my close art friend, was the only commissioner i got
and she really helped me keep afloat last year.

@Wildfire: me too.
the new model i want can be used on an android phone so if my laptop randomly decides
to kick the bucket i can still manage to do art through my phone.
it also comes with a glove.
and the dial on it is so great. you can make the dial work for zooming in and out
but i want it for changing the pen size.

But that is a huge goal for me this year.
to get commissioned and afford that tablet.

But im nearly there for affiliate on twitch so who knows may happen sooner than later.
