Yea... it’s not the best setup. I think there are already suggestion threads in for them to fix it I just don’t know how high up on their priority list it is.

Yea that’s true! I actually kind of hate the notifications for every thread I subscribe to I have a bad habit of needing to check every notification and with some of the threads being fast moving thats... annoying.
Yea that’s totally fair! ‘Where the people are’ is very very important. The main reason I even ended up over here after being on dv is because there are other users that I ran into on dv that I knew them from solia years and years ago that were also already over here so I’m followin’ them around.

Yea no I’m pretty good at avoiding those kinds of places haha. I’m really just complaining because I’m already burnt out and next week is only going to make it worse.

Well.. thankfully the company is not one that expects you to work overtime. So it shouldn’t bleed over into my personal time that much. But I’ll still be stressed out all week.

Unfortunately not so much. We’re supposed to be releasing by the end of the week so it’s going to be a mad dash to get as many bugs fixed as possible.

dv honestly has a rly impressive art and writing community, i was lurking on some writing shops and i was like holy cow lol
it's p big tho so i find it a little intimidating / hard to settle into a community there
voltra is much more my pace and i still have met lots of ppl to chat about art and writing with here :-)
that sounds fun ^^ if u ever get back into it and feel like sharing i always love to read what ppl are writing :3

Aww thanks. Sorry for the late reply but between going to bed last night and no internet this morning... just ugh.
Solia Online and the forum died in part because they moved to more of a farming/3D/pokemon style game as a part of it so those that were still left didn’t really bother with the forums.
Yea dv is pretty big. I usually just pick threads at random to start chatting in and then stay if I like them.

I actually left the avi site I was on about a month before now because it finally hit me one day that the reason I couldn’t stick to it and wasn’t enjoying it anymore is because the forum - and more importantly the art community had totally died. So I went searching for a new site. And found Dappervolk. And some other people who’d already moved on from the old site. And they told me to come here. And so here I am! So I knew going into it I’d be doing more art loooool.
I used to roleplay a bit back in the day - that’s one I don’t have the time to get back into right now though. My stories were very fantasy based. Trying to explain them anymore than that would take a good bit of time and text lol.
