『Well... I don't know that experience would be required or not. QA engineers are usually best if they aren't super technical because they find things developers wouldn't. And of the QA engineers I've talked to most of them 'fell into' doing that job. So you could probably manage it with no experience but you'd probably need to enter in at the "junior" level.

『Netflix tester's official title would be a "QA Engineer" or "QA Tester", and almost certainly exists. I don't know how easy it is to get into with no prior experience doing QA testing though. |D
