@Wildfire: Already?! omgosh, I thought he'd get through winter with that 'prove mom wrong' attitude and say "it wasn't that bad. snow is great" XDDD
I am in a part of Wyoming where snow is gorgeous and isn't terrible because the view and winter sports are worth it. Cx [not that I'm ever outside]

My mom got her cast off and she gets a boot with minimal weight. She's bummed, she really thought she'd get to put full weight back on and proceed with life like it never happened. lol!

@Wildfire: I'm going to have a great time hearing second hand stories from you about your cowboy son. <3 lol!
I heard about our snow storm coming. Hmm, This is definitely a snowy year, that's for sure. Not quite a snowmageddon, but close. We're getting a foot or two here and there and then people actually have time to clear roads before the next snow fall.
I've experienced a year out here where we got snowed in for a week.... on a neighborhood suburban road near downtown. e.e' Snow plows were overwhelmed. Then the winter had to top us off by giving us a brisking of snow in July. That was such a weird year.

@Wildfire: I giggled out loud about your son's wyo adventure so far. The stove! and the layers! so funny, and understandable if he hasn't been to exposed to either thing yet.
I walked to my coffee shop today and it's snowing pretty heavy and the barista was like "What are you doing?! Too cold for nice walks!"

@Wildfire: I haven't even heard whose won! lol, just that Rihanna is now all over social media for being pregnant and performing. XDD

I gave my kids a valentine's candies with little quickly written notes to bring to school. They loved them. Then I told them 'no kissing boys' and 'don't be flirtin with all the girls' and I got equally appalled "WHAT!" out of both of them. :} hehe
my husband was supposed to leave today to head back to our house, his plans were forced to change, so we won't be doing anything today. Id be .. pleasantly surprised if we do go out or.. something? -shrugs-

I have been curious how your son is doing, however, I want you to be able to focus on getting out of the funk. <3 Glad you're getting back onto your goals.

the vision place here knows my mom by face, but not me. Once I did get around to mention here, they recapped her recent life events "oh! she just broke her foot, you must be the daughter running her daycare," etc. XD

But it did dawn on me that my mom's store is the vision place's view out the window. XDD They might've done my glasses for free, but it's the rep that matters. In turn I'll turn around and tell my mom about their generosity and then my mom will tell her customers... etc etc.
But I'mma go with that it was free and they were just being genuinely kind. :d

@Purpsy: wild, indeed. lol. XD I should write like a short story of my Saturday, I'm sure some people would enjoy reading it. Cx

Lunch with mom and dress shopping sounds like it was a fun time. :p

I got my glasses fixed today, there's a vision place in this little town, so they looked em over and fixed them on the spot for free. :3

@Wildfire: I had a lot of fun. It was a much needed night.
My hair got done, my hairdresser was also my stylist back in my modelling years. o3o So she did my makeup and I didn't want to waste her efforts so I went and partied with the youthful people at the ski resort. lol!!
CX I needed that night so, so much.

Definitely had something watching my back on saturday. :3 Maybe not a faery since those are tricky bastards. lol

I did indeed find my glasses.... but I had a nutty bananas night out on Saturday. Hung out by the dj at a shindig and they fell off my face at some point. <.<
My d.d. found them, surprisingly in one piece.. but missing a lense. XD
On my way out of said party, I looked down at my feet when I was grabbing my jacket at the front and my lense was right there.
So weird.
Lense was ALL the way across the dance floor/party in one piece.
Glasses didn't snap and also in one piece.
I feel luckier than sin. However, I do need to get them fixed. lol

@Wildfire: I still haven't found my glasses. I know they're in plain sight though. lol
I'll reply to our PMs a bit later today.
I have 7 kids at daycare today. o_o'
I haven't had time to do anything. Husband's home today, so he'll go start the truck in a bit, i think.

@Wildfire: I also was on gaia during the beginning and stayed until I found out there was quieter forum sites I could go to. I occasionally pop on there when a friend is mentioning it a lot. It's still a sh-t show and the items are a mess. :T markets weird.. blah blah blah.

I might vent to you a bit later, via messenger or PMs. I'm having a hard time dealing with some emotional things. Not sure what to do or what I can do. My stress levels just reached a new high.
We think similarly, so maybe you can help clear my head a little.

I had bought a spare tire that matched the set we had on the truck. So hopefully we don't need new tires yet. <.<' We need to turn the truck on today to see if the battery held the charge through the night.

I need to go find my glasses, I took em off sometime last night when I crashed. XD They're probably somewhere super obvious since I never set them down where they could break.

well it's official, I'm kind of old, I needed to 'zoom' my web pages to read them without my glasses. T^T

@Wildfire: Today went a little bit unexpected. I did daycare stuff, but at nap time, my husband and I got our truck running [been sitting dead for quite awhile], he drove it off after jumping the battery and a tire totally blew.
So while babies napped [my mom was home], we sorted out that mess. :T
We continued some tough convos, my mom inputted on some of her 'observations'. So I ended up showering to get away for a bit. But I had some realizations while showering and .. gah! I hate feeling the way I do the last few days.

Also- Yeah adulting is definitely difficult and balance is a hard thing to achieve. OTL

I look forward to seeing pictures. Cx
