@lunakiri: I have lost SO many black hearts to spiders over my many runs as Azazel. I swear I have some minor form of trauma from them!

@lunakiri: Seriously. Especially spiders and any bomb enemies. I immediately flee for cover when I see them.

...unless I've had some range-up items beforehand. Or some form of shield/protection.
