She managed to keep up surprisingly well, at least he may have thought it was surprising. She was a small woman, but she was one that was in shape, that was the main thing overall.
She managed to keep up, somehow, even with all the twists and turns, before they reached the stairs. She was winded, seriously so, but nodded and started heading up the stairs with him, doing the best she could to avoid falling behind, despite the fact that her chest felt like it was burning. She may have been in shape, but they'd ran enough that it had definitely been more than a little bit of a task for her.
Once they finally managed to get up to the roof, she doubled over, her hands on her knees, and just heaved a few breaths.
"Ow." She muttered

"It is." The fae answered after a few seconds.
"I was caught in the fur." She added, referring to the feline.
"Had been trying to free myself when it was caught, " She aded simply before sighing. There was no way she could keep this up, due to how she was practicalyl screaming at him to have it thathe heard her as it was.

The fae just chuckled before shaking her head.
"Not at all." She answered after a few seconds.

After a few seconds, even though he couldn't rightly say for certain, he was sure he watched her nod. She stayed still after that, and he was able to get her free. Once she was freed, she hovered in front of his face for a moment before pausing.
She wasn't sure the best way to communicate with him. She was a fae, he was not. That was, by default, a language barrier. For most fae anyway. Her kind, not so much. She wasn't entirely sure whehter or not she wanted to reveal those details quite yet though.
"What can I do to thank you?" Her voice was much like a whisper in the wind though, barely audible.
Somehow, Ash was able to hear it though

Ash was met with silence around him, and it wasn't anything that was too surprising. As he found nothing there, at least not at first, he sighed lightly before turning to head off.
At least until he swore he heard his name.
When he looked back, he saw a bit of a sparkle by the bottom corner of the net. As he neared, he found something sparkly was stuck there, and tryin' to get free.
