@Unicorn: They are. I love 'em.
And they're pretty damned cheap too.
I mean, they don't layer the best once you get a couple colours on. BUT you can do quality work with them~
Might be worth considering if you don't want to go with the cheapest options of like Crayola or anything. Like if you want cheap art pencils.

@Unicorn: Do a search for Marco Raffine. They're the ones I use.
Although yeah, Prisma are good. BUT they are heavily waxy.
Probably best to do as a combo, a mix with something else. I'm not entirely sure, to be honet.
But the ones I mentioned are definitely cleaner looking than the prisma results. XD
@addy: Yes. Yes you can.
I wanna get a box of Crayola Pencil crayons, see how I do with those. =D
Been awhile since I used Crayola anything, so... yeah

I've played homebrew games that @Master Ren: has made, but not anything that is actual DnD.
