@Priestess of Pie: Carry a water bottle with you (not the dinky aquafina or whatever ones, a proper water bottle you can refill), makes keeping hydrated easier

i drink a lot! i'm always thirsty. like, constantly. but i struggle to keep my blood sugar high enough so that's probably why

But I also drink just the walmart purified water very often because they always have a case in the break room, and we have bottles in the online grocery dispense room for us to drink.

So while im working I drink water all day

Sports drinks may be advertised as being really good at hydrating your body, but in fact the ingredients can be very harmful for your body! Drink real water instead, if you want a little something else to your drink consider trying some flavored water or flavored sparkling water like Bubly
