loool, well it's something that my fiance invented while we were in the baking aisle at the grocery store today. xDD
A store-bought walnut pie crust, which will be filled with white chocolate pudding, then topped with a double chocolate cake that has been poked and covered with sweetened condensed milk, and all that is topped with cool whip.
The cake is cooling and the pudding is chilling in the fridge, so probably will assemble it while dinner is cooking.

it's been a long time since i last had steak but i used to always get medium rare :3

I usually marinate mine in soy sauce and garlic before pan searing it lol. But I'm fine with good ol' salt and pepper too. I prefer mine medium rare, but will pretty much eat it any done-ness as long as it's not straight up raw or burnt.

Reading back on your posts, I wish I had a farmer's market near me. I love the idea of supporting local farmers, but like all the farms are a bit of a drive from where I am (and I'm in the suburbs). But to be fair, I imagine it's kinda hard to farm at the beach. xP
