Lex was... half-listening to her.

Mostly because he was half-asleep.

"Dunno." he replied.

"Guess we'll just have to wait and s-" he started to say further, before his new cell phone went off, startling him.

"GAH!" he exclaimed, almost dropping the device, but it instead landed on Aimee's lap.

"Ah!" he exclaimed further, breathing heavily.

Aimee regarded the device, and saw it was Leo calling them.

Aimee just laughed as she piccked the phone and up answered the call.

"Thanks for calling, Leon." She greeted with a smile.

"I hope that you weren't hassled by Vincent... or Nakia... about this." She then said, knowing thatNakia very possibly annoyed him to call when he wanted to go work on a personal project of some sort.

"No hassle at all." Leo assured her.

"Been a while since we chatted." he then commented.

"What's up?" he inquired.

"Not often you get ahold of me." he told her.

"So what is up?" he inquired once more.

"What can I help with?" he queried further.

Lex, meanwhile, was still calming down and regaining his breath. It seemed that the sudden chiming of his new cell phone was unfamiliar to him, as well as a bit loud... which, in combination, startled him.

"...gonna need to get used that..." he muttered under his breath.

Aimee just sighed.

"My brother needs your help." She told Leo honestly.

"But you sound a little desperate for a conversation. Perhaps you would like to come over for dinner tomorrow night to discuss this instead of over the phone?" She asked, extending an invite.

"If that works for you, then I can most certainly make sure we have some delectable French cuisine here and ready for you."

"Desperate?" he said.

"I... well, that seems a bit strong." he told her.

"Just been a while, is all." he reasoned.

"But tomorrow for dinner? I can do that." he then said.

"....and I'll never say no to some of your food." he then laughed.

"What time?" he inquired.

"How about 7pm?" She asked.

"My time. I know there is only an hour between us, but how about that?" She followed up with after a couple seconds before giving him a chance to reply. It also left a chance for if her brother wanted to say anything, as well. She was also starting to try and plan out some dinner plans, as well. She had no idea what would be good, but she'd figure it out, sh was sure.

"Hm." he mumbled.

"Well, Coq Au Vin is nice." he said. "Especially if you want to butter him up." he reasoned.

"I can do up some Madeleines." he then offered.

"For dessert." he clarified.

"Other than that... dunno." he shrugged.

"Now. Let's take stock and see what is needed." She added as she got to her feet.

The next day, Aimee was working well to have dinner ready in time when there was a knock on the door.

"Hey Lex! Would you mind getting that?" She called to the den, where her brother was likely crashed on the couch.

"Hunh!?" Lex grunted, getting into a sitting position.

"Yeah, sure!" he called to her, going to the door and answering it.

"Hey." he greeted Leo, who was standing there.

"Hello, hello." Leo responded, as Lex stepped out of the way and he entered.

"Smells good." he commented, sniffing the air.

"Well, my sis is a wizard with food." Lex laughed.

"Come on." he said as they went further inside.

"Hello, Aimee!" Leo called to Aimee.

"Bonjour, mon amie!" Aimee called from the kitchen, a smile to her voice. She sighed though, not entirely sure what it was that she was to expect here. She was sure that Leo would agree to this, but she had no idea, and she was a bit wroried abotu whether or not her brother would even bring it up.

Who was she kidding, he wouldn't. He had made it apparent that he didn't even want to jump into the digital age anyway.

After about twenty minutes, she just poked her head into the other room where they were.

"Lex, would you be so kind as to set the table while I finish up with the food?" She asked kindly.

Lex looked over to his sister, and sighed quietly.

"Yup." he said, getting up to do so.

Sure enough, within a short amount of time, they were all sitting at the table, food in front of them.

"Mmmmmm..." Leo mumbled dreamily as he smelled it.

"This smells divine." he commented.

"Seriously, this all smells so amazing." he added, causing Lex to lightly laugh.

"Of course. Cooking has always been something I was particularly good with." Aimee commented with a light laugh.

"Dig in. We can talk while we eat" She then said as she took a seat herself, as she'd been bringing the last of everything to the table.

"Also, thought that a traditional French meal would be something you would enjoy."

"So let's dig in." Lex suggested.

"Yes, let's." Leo agreed.

And so they did. About 5 minutes into eating, though, Leo stopped.

"So." he said.

"Why am I here?" he inquired.

"You called me here for a reason.' he said further with a small smirk.

"Ah. Right." Lex muttered.

"Aimee says I need a website and app." he told him, causing Leo to look confused.

"That's precisely it, actually." Aimee said.

"Lex hasn't been getting much work lately, and it would be nice for him to enter the digital age. Maybe he'd have clients again if he did." She continued.

"You're the only person I know that could have any sort of chance doing a site for him, so I wanted to ask what you charge for it."

"And I won't be able to give you the best result." he admitted, before pausing.

"...but I DO know someone that specialises in this..." he then said.
