@Wildfire: I have been eating like a mad woman for the past week or so. Which is bad, because I'm supposed to be on a diet.
@Lina: I try to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But when it's like end of the month groceries I get a bit lazy about it, because I don't want to put in the effort to find something amongst what's left.
Ewww, I never diet. Eating "healthy" is the closest I get.
But honestly I just worry about not skipping eating and that's enough for me.

@Lina: My friend's doctor put her on a calorie counting diet, because her weight is causing some medical issues for her. So to help support her, her husband and I decided to do it with her. Keep her on track. I was doing alright for a while, and then I got sick. When I got sick I didn't count like I was supposed to, and drank way more orange juice than water. Now that I'm better I can focus better on keeping myself on track.

The way my life works we only grocery shop once a month. Which makes it harder to plan for myself, because it all has to feed three people and not just me.
@Another Movie Addict: All calories are not created equal, but for some, it's a at least a starting place.
Feeding multiple people is much more difficult than just taking care of and planning meals for yourself.

@Wildfire: And my mom gets paid once month, and the end of the month. So around this time there's not a lot to put together.
