"....hm." Jaden muttered.

"I... I see." he said.

"Well... well, thanks, then." he said quietly.

He was then silent again, before letting out a long drawn-out sigh.

"Mom..." he said.

"I... listen." he muttered.

"Do you know where I live?" he asked.

"And if not... want to?"

Jaden nodded.

"All right." he replied.

"Um... hm." he mumbled.

"I can give you my actual address." he told her.

"But if you want mana access, then I'll need a sample of your mana." he said.

"I essentially need to feed it into the lock for my unit, so you can bypass it." he explained.

"Or... well, you can do it when you visit me." he continued, pausing again.

"Actually... we can head there right soon, if you want." he then added.

Jaden carefully caught the marble, and nodded.

"Okay." he replied.

"I'll do that." he said.

He then paused for a moment, before he opened up a portal beside himself, and poked his top half through. After about 2-3 minutes or shuffling and noise, he withdrew himself from it, holding a piece of paper.

"Here." he said, handing it to her.

"My full address." he told her.

"Oh, and you can mana there now. I did that while I was... er... half-home." he then added.

"........................" Jaden was silent for a good long moment as he heard that name.

"I..." he stammered.

"After all this time." he said.

"Hiding my identity... going by different names... choosing another one yet again..." he muttered, trailing off some.

"I could never bring myself to use THAT one... but it's not like I ever forgot it." he told Vyn.

"And sure, I could eat." he said, pausing again.

"....did you change YOUR name, though?" he then asked.

"Pretty sure Vyn isn't your actual name."

Jaden got up and followed her to the kitchen.

"I see." he replied.

"I guess that makes sense." he said.

"Guess we both don't use our 'real' names." he mumbled.

"By the way, I'm willing to bet you didn't mean to call me." he then suddenly said. "I'm skilled and all, but odds are you have contacts better suited for that kind of situation." he reasoned.

"Who did you mean to call, some hunter friend of yours?" he asked her.

Jaden froze when she said that.

"Vincent Remmington?" he asked.

"The head of the Council's brother?" he asked further.

"...guess I shouldn't be surprised." he said.

"You really DO have powerful connections. Hell, you yourself ARE a powerful connection." he told her.

"Still... glad I could help." he went on. "Even if it was unintentional..." he then added quietly.

Jaden bit his lip with the last statement.

"....mm." he mumbled.

"Yeah..." he said further.

"I... yeah... yeah, I DO owe a lot to him." he admitted.

"..." he was then silent, before he received a text on his phone.

"One second." he said to her, taking his phone out and looking at it... at which point she then saw that he suddenly looked extremely nervous and uneasy.

"Uhhhh..." Jaden muttered.

"Eh-heh." he chuckled.

"Just that... got a text about tomorrow." he told her.

He then paused for a moment, before looking at his mother.

"Hey..." he said. "Question..." he said further.

"Wanna... meet my girlfriend?"
