Yeah. My husband was driving us to our new house after we got stuff from the old apartment and on the way home we were hit by a guy in a small truck going through a red. The truck t-boned our car and the car behind us. The car is totaled but luckily my husband and I are fine. We are only stiff. We got a rental car today.
I’m not going to post the pics of the car but it’s kinda scary looking.

@GuttedBunny: thank you! Our backs hurt today but it’s not like we are bed ridden. We are going to see a dr tomorrow.

@Little Crane: we were able to walk away from the car. We are super super lucky. We are going to the dr tomorrow.

@Mousy: thank you. I agree. I hope that my car gets written off instead of repairing it. It needs a lot of work done to it and if they repair it, when I go to trade in the car it’s going to be worth much less because of this accident. The car was a Toyota Prius and the safety of the car is what allowed us to be able to walk away. I think I might be a Prius or at least a Toyota buyer for life because of this. The car took all of the damage for us.

yikes, that accident sounded really serious. But glad to hear that you both are okay! Hopefully not too shaken up by the incident, I can imagine it might be really nerve-wracking to have to drive afterwards

@Luffer Nutter: oh I thought we did lol. My bad. I don’t use it that much normally but there have been a lot of updates since buying a house and my family lives pretty far away from me so it’s an easy way to keep people up to date.

@Turtle Sensei: Yeah really scary. It was a bit nerve wracking to drive/be in the car today. I hope that this pain isn't forever. I don't think that it will be. I didn't hit my head or neck on anything either.
