I am just surprised usually activity is boosted in the exchange during an event, nobody is even selling or buying the new items o3o

@unlockable character: in addition to volts per post you will currently also gain tickets, which can be used to buy event items from the joyful jamboree shop. You get more tickets for posting in the event forum :3
But since people are posting for tickets they are also getting volts so the exchange usually picks up at event times
