So, update - dinner is going to be hoagies. Hubby is going out to pick up some supplies and will get a couple hoagies while he's out and about. Yay - I don't have to cook. I honestly don't have the mental bandwidth to do even the simplest of things right now. UGH.

I'm glad that you didn't have to cook. I might make sometimes with less timing than Grilled Cheese. I feel like it's easy to burn sometimes.

@total- Yeah, i know. i've been busy trying to collect them as i can. It's been difficult for me this event because of work and getting ready for christmas. Actually i'm still not ready and probably won't be until friday, unfortunately.

LOL - it doesn't take much to burn a grilled cheese... although it has been quite a while since I've made one, tbh...
You are so right. It’s hard to hit the in between of melted cheese in the middle and toasted but not burnt outside.

Grilled cheese is great but I didn’t want to try and toe the line between burnt and perfect. Actually my hubby who never cooks said that he would cook for us. We have some fresh pasta he’s making.
