I'm studying company budgeting at the moment and I'm starting to understand it! I just did a practice quiz on it and I got 100% for the budgeting section. :)
It's hot. My little five inch desk fan and iced tea are my only saving graces right now... and the roommate, who's headed to a get-together at a friend's house (a friend whose a/c is working, might I note), JUST TOOK ALL THE DAMN ICE FOR HER COOLER AGAIN!! She's even using the bigger cooler--like use your freezer packs, dammit, there's room!! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
@Totalanimefan: I might go to sleep with an ice pack under my neck, lol. I've done it before and it does help, though it's not quite at nice as A/C.

@CooperationIsKey: A/C is so much better, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I've used the ice pack thing before in CA. It was 105 and lots of places in northern CA don't have AC.

@Totalanimefan: No, but roommate went to a friend's house for a cookout. A friend who has A/C. And yet she deemed it necessary to take all the goddamn ice again while leaving me in the hot house. 😒

You should start the ice maker again, then talk to her about it calmly when you can. State how you feel.
As for until then, you should go somewhere you can cool off.

Today I'm having someone cut out a space under my stairs for a closet. I'm studying upstairs. :) I'm on my 2nd class and there is sooo much to learn T_T

As for going somewhere to cool off, all I really have is Walgreens and that's like a half mile walk (both ways) in the heat. So I dunno.
