Some days I am just hot, and some I am just cold. Could it be my hormones? Who knows lol.
Sometimes when I'm hot I just take a cold body shower. That tends to help me.

yeah i can agree 'rubs face' i haven't eaten much but what i have eaten feels like its trying to make a reappearance 'makes face' <:3( )~~
- @Ava: Oh my god, I hate that freezing sweat problem.
Like I am sweating my booty off, but having too much cold air hitting me and cooling cools me down too quickly and makes me shiver.
So it's evil, like please stop body. T_T

Just had no desire bc I can't eat when I'm too hot.
I forced myself to slowly eat a sammich for lunch but it was a process and I didn't enjoy it at all.

@Anarchist Beauty: I think it’s because when you are too hot your body functions don’t work as well. Your body focuses only one cooling off.

Cos then I just end up sweating, starving, and nauseous bc I'm starving and can't eat.
The human body is STUPID!

@Anarchist Beauty: that’s me 100% last weekend it was 88F but the hungry was super high and I was sweating so much and it was just way too hot to eat. I was so nauseous. I only had half a breakfast sandwich. I saved the rest for when I was cold and inside. At the end of May I actually overheated because I didn’t have enough fluids in me and I stopped sweating. Luckily my husband was able to get me a cold Arnold Palmer and I felt a little better after that. And then I drank so much water and tea inside for the rest of the day. For the next 24 hours my internal heat/temp was all out of wrack. It was awful. 0/10 do no recommend.

It's 85 for me right now and it's nice weather.
Or, it would be if there wasn't smoke everywhere from a fire burning who knows where...
California in August = that time Fire Lord Ozai tried to nuke the planet.
@Anarchist Beauty: 88F in the desert isn't bad at all. With 80-something % humidity it felt like 106.
I hated wildfire season when I lived in CA. It was one of the reasons why. I moved out. I couldn't stand it and my body hated breathing in that awful quality air.

Humidity is disgusting.
And it is difficult.
The smoke is so yucky and it makes everything else yucky.
@Anarchist Beauty: Yeah after those fires in 2018 I didn't have an air purifier and after 4 days I had tightness in my chest. :( I bought an box fan and HVAC filter and typed them together.
And fire season has already been bad this year. I feel like it started in July.
