@moif: Then you probably get it. Not every case is really bad. Some are more mild. Seeing more of the sun can help, or a really bright white lamp in the mornings.

@moif: It's diagnosable. Though I'm sure it could affect most people under the right circumstances. People that live were it gets dark half the year are more likely to suffer from it

A tragedy of events:
1) Make delicious apple cider
2) Sit down and spill apple cider on self
3) Set down apple cider to get up and clean self, knock over rest of apple cider in the process
4) Spend the next half hour mopping, doing laundry, and showering off the apple cider

@Lilykin: yeah I think you are right. That means spending money. But if it’s good for my mental health it’s worth it.

@Lilykin: Apple cider sounds good. But you could also buy it from the store or from a farmers market?
@Totalanimefan: I have the packets, kinda like hot chocolate, but with cider instead. I ended up making hot honeyed lemon water instead. I mostly wanted to soothe my throat
@pachi I need to start doing that again. I mean it's not that I'm not but I have been going to the farmer's market and going to the supermarket and I used to never leave the house except for walking the dog and nightly walks with my husband. My husband and I do get tested weekly but I feel stuck on when to go out and how important it is, etc. I have eaten outdoors a few times too.
@Lilykin: Oh that sounds good too. I just had to get some cider after you mentioned it so I got some at the farmer's market and damn it's good.
@Totalanimefan: Fresh cider is definitely preferable, but the packets are nice to have since I can't finish off a jug by myself lol
