@0v7 That's a good idea, but I think that it has to be done in a certain way so that it's good for the environment and your house foundation? Something like that. I'm sure that google would tell you the right way to do it.

It's weird to think that most natural disasters are something we can't prevent, probably bc weather is complicated lol

Also have you guys seen the amount of hurricanes and storms there have been this season! It's already almost tie with the worst season on record, 2005 (Which I lived through in FL). And we aren't even done with the season yet. The amount of flooding and storm damage this season has caused is heartbreaking.

@0v7 Yeah I follow the seasons closely even though I don't live in FL anymore and wow. This season people just can't catch a break. At one point there was 5 storms in the Atlantic. That's just too much. And Beta is hitting TX/LA right now. It's already brought over a foot of rain and it's not even done yet.

@xvz People do have to view this as a yearly thing now. In the west you are going to have annual wildfire seasons that are bad. Really bad.
Every year there are going to be hurricanes.
Every year there is going to be flooding.

It's just the new normal and it's heartbreaking.
