I know she was off and on and not as active with the breaker beach event as she normally is.
Thanks Dragoness. I thought I saw her post something a couple months ago about her family moving but I really don't know if that's it, or if something else happened or if my questions are just entirely moot. I thought I'd ask, though, to see if anyone had any ideas. Apparently not.

I haven't checked to see if the new item came out yet or not.
