@Bean: I know, opening orbs is so addictive. The Bayou orb wrecked me hard... I bought like about 20 of them before they left the stores, and NONE OF THEM GAVE ME A BAYOU. ToT I wish I had bought more...
I don’t mind giving money for cute stuff if it means it’ll help the site and the staff who helped put everything together. I’m just lucky I have the irl money to do it, otherwise I’d be f*cked.
You know your art is worth it when they’re waiting YEARS for it. ToT Such dedication, bless them. I’m hoping I don’t hold up anyone that long, at most I do it for a few months...

@Bean: I got lucky to get a couple from the first few I opened. Seriously such a gorgeous item. I am baffled that it has the same drop rate as Voltraland and Magical Mystery, but it dropped less than those two for me.
What are you planning on buying with the ohms? If it’s the current crates, I have them I can sell to you for volts. :3
Ahhhh, I understand how that is. It’s wonderful that there are clients who understand that we’re human and we can’t draw on demand. I’m glad you’re out of that emotional slump now. :)

@Bean: The magical mystery drops if you open enough of the orbs, but it doesn’t drop as much as the Voltraland. Voltracon is the stubborn one for me, only got 2 so far.

They probably weren’t worried because they knew your situation and could contact you. I think the artists that ghost on clients without any explanation are the ones that make some clients hesitant to wait around.

I try to sell the crates to people for volts every month, so if you’re low on ohms, lmk and I’ll hook you up.
I try to do the same just so there’s less anxiety involved for both parties. I got really bad artist’s block last month, so I’m trying to play catch up with all my commissions now... but everyone was chill about it because I let them know what the deal was.
