You have indeed unlocked all the base items. Now, for every additional page goal you hit of the same number, you unlock one of that npcs recolors in addition to the general posting unlocks that will hopefully start being added to the shops soon for what you've already achieved

PS: I have no idea what common fall traditions are in your country, but if you have suggestions, you're welcome to post them. Voltra's staff is largely US based, and the non-US people couldn't tell me anything their regional area did that wasn't similar to what was already on the list x3
