@Bioshock: Seriously! You’re SUPPOSED to always have emergency water and a kit anyways. God forbid the electricity goes out for a day. :T It’s not like you’ll starve, or go through all that water you bought.
@SirLionelNigelConrad: Not for a category 1 or lower. I’ve lived by the sea before, and we were encouraged to always have water and canned stuff anyways just in case. The storm surge came pretty close to my location for some of the stronger storms, but I’ve never had to use my emergency stash. People need to get their shit together and stop freaking out last minute.
