I can say this list is almost complete and pretty accurate. :3
The value/rarity of the items depend on what activities you can find them in.
For example, you can find arm floats in almost all activities, but you can only find Deep Sea Diver in the Sunken Ship activity.
Drop rates of EIs that reappear in more costly beach activities (75 and 100 seashells) are decreased and act as the "fail" instead of finding volts like in Explore the Sea Shore (25) and Snorkeling (50).
