@PoeticTorment: I don’t know any personally, but I know there are a lot of gluten-free cookie recipes online! If you have a favorite kind of flour you can type that one too plus chocolate chip cookie or sugar cookie recipe. One of my friends is gluten-free and he would still make cookies.

Today? Catching up on gaems, watched the first nine episodes of Ore Monogatari!!!. Now I've got ribs baking in the oven, with fries going in in the next few minutes.

I only have coconut flour and brown rice flour atm so I'm trying to find one that uses those.

@Totalanimefan: That reminded me that I have a gluten-free muffin mix so I made a bowl full of that.
Rice flour tends to have issues absorbing but coconut needs way more liquid to work. XD
I grabbed them cause they're supposed to be good for baking and that's what I want them for. *^*

@Totalanimefan: Yeah, they are. I dunno about them though. XD I eat a lot of rice-based stuff so I just stuck with it. Plus I love coconut so just stayed with it.
