i really liked how catchy pop/stars was. the k/da EP isn't bad, but i think i like the first one more.

whenever people say MMO, i think of old school tab-target skill rotation based kind of MMO like WoW.
k/da is a virtual kpop girl group. it's a skin line for a handful of champions in league of legends and the studio happened to produce songs for that group too in order to promote the skins haha

it has real people's voices behind them, but it isn't necessarily the same voice each time for the same character. riot games got some big name artists to collab and voice the character's singing voices in the songs.

i don't know a ton abt kpop but the culture is v interesting imo, like the way that kpop members are like scouted / trained / etc. and how a similar process is happening virtually ?? (like i heard someone talk about vtubers and now that culture can be similar process, like companies "signing talent")

yeah k/da is meant to be a kpop style girl group. the first group of singers who voiced the characters in the songs, half were korean who were already in real people kpop groups. i think riot games is mostly look for existing talent to collab with. (e.g artists with established skill, some amount of following etc)
