i feel like chronic fatigue is hard cuz i feel like usually it's caused by something else ... ? (well idrk not a doctor)
and can also be like subjective, like people can be tired for all sorts of reasons, sometimes / often(?) other chronic issues, so it's hard to really narrow it down as its own thing

i feel u , i used to hate/dread doctor stuff and still do if it's not at a trans affirming place
i feel like eventually u hit a point of like, lesser of two evils qq
the covid stuff i wouldn't worry toooo much abt, they usually do everything over video if they can, and if they can't they probably are taking lots of precautions / sanitizing / air purifying etc.

re fatigue i think anxiety can be really fatiguing? cuz ur body is like On it for extended periods of time
like one of my friends w anxiety has to take a nap every single day if she wants to make it to the end of the day

well i'm not a doctor or anything so it can always be something else or a number of things etc
but i think it makes sense, like to feel mentally or physically drained cuz if ur brain n body are Going or on edge constantly like that uses up a lot of energy!
