@Totalanimefan: I always feel a lot better if I drink a couple bottles of water. I get headaches easily and water really helps. I noticed the stores are now having a lot of water on hand (thank gosh).
Thank you! I wanted to use the item they gave us today, plus use items I already had so to save volts. I thought it came together pretty cute. I'm still figuring out items/how they layer, etc. These sweaters are soooo cute!!

@Totalanimefan: Depends how severe I have it.
Normally I always have lavender essential oil which helps as it helps
with any nausea that does come with it and keeps me calm.

About a month ago I had vertigo pretty bad to the point I could not bend down even slightly
to wash my hair in the shower.
Luckily I was sitting but yeah fell against the wall it was so bad and had to have my sis dry my hair for me.

Other things I do is having my pillows to low does not help it so I also add another pillow.
Normally I sleep on two but three helps when I am having bad vertigo and I just take it easy.
Being an artist not doing art is so hard, so I just don't touch my tablet and watch shows or movies I enjoy
and try to relax if at all possible.

@Totalanimefan: I'm glad there's no nausea. The worst part of vertigo for me is feeling like everything is moving even when I'm lying down or sitting still, and then whenever you move, it feels like your head is full of funhouse mirrors and the floor has become a waterbed, and everything is just so much harder. Strangely, when I biked with vertigo (I had to take sick leave for it and get myself home from work the day it started), it wasn't so bad as long as I was moving forward and looking straight ahead.

Also I'm glad to hear you're feeling better and taking care of yourself.

I wonder if its just vertigo?
If there's an infection going on in your ear or anything like that it could cause this.

If it persists it might be worth calling your doctor. I know they're all busy with this virus issue, but other conditions are still important to get checked up on <3
Hope it passes

@Totalanimefan: Lavender oil is such a life saver.
It also helps with motion sickness.
Which I get very often. :vanora_sweat:

@MoodyBats: I fine that it helps if you are sitting in the front and if you don't look down at your phone or book.
