@Hachi: you gotta mix your own sauce on the side!
we tend to do a chicken stock base with literally nothing else in it
and i have a separate sauce bowl with soy sauce, shabu shabu sauce (sesame), and sesame oil and chili oil

@Totalanimefan: it's just easier to force everyone to cook their own portion lol
the only issue is if there are too many people and only one pot (which tends to happen if it's friends gathering and not family lol)

i usually ask my marshmallow on the side :3
so the chocolate itself stays super rich
oh it's like water and sugar and a bit of gelatin and you let it sit and chop it up.
the sweets shop that has the fancy hot chocolate makes theirs fresh every day

@xvz: the place melts the chocolate on the spot in custom choice of milk and stuff. and it's the nice rich chocolate, not the stuff that's mostly sugar lol
