and i'm going to try to do hot pot with friends in the same bubble.

@Totalanimefan: if you don't have too many people and you don't mind standing, i've done hot pot on the actual stove before too XD it does get crowded real fast though

@Hachi: honestly just water is fine if you are pre boiling with other stuff in it.
we add mushrooms and daikon and fishballs and stuff before we even start cooking, which i think adds some flavor?
also spicy bbq sauce (not the american bbq sauce) is a good one for flavoring.
sacha sauce?? idk how to give an english label for it haha

@Totalanimefan: yes!! i think i use mizkan goma shabu sesame sauce. i'm not sure. it has the same bottle shape but the google images look a little different. If you have a portable stove, you can do hot pot at home yourself. It will make everything smell though lol
@0v7: idk. probably above actual freezing? it's not actually crazy cold, but i get cold really easily.
