@Totalanimefan: it happens every time i eat spinach. my teeth feel "not smooth" and i think it's from the iron, but i'm not sure.
@Kairu: which kind of salad leaves? i've never had an issue with most salads i've eaten (e.g. lettuce, arugula etc)
