aha very likely. i associate my surrounding environment with what work i should be doing, so working in my art and game area is not ideal.

@totalanimefan: yeah my work set up was really good in the office to keep me from sitting funny and hulking the shoulders etc. all the keyboards and mouse were in the right height and angle for my height etc. my home office --- very much not so lol. first couple of months working from home was horrible.

xvz - savory with minced pork (i think), some mushrooms, dried scallop, sausage, salty duck egg yolk etc.
ice skates :3 and ballroom + ballet for dance. we use the term "ballet" really liberally with me though lol

xvz - yeah i'm not sure how well the monitor switcher will work. my work computer is usbc only which is a complete pain, so i have a single bulk converter for it and we'll see if it actually cooperates well with the switcher (hdmi merger)

usually i only ever use work stuff in work environment, so i never typed work stuff into my personal, but now that it's on the shared desk and i work more than i do personal stuff, constantly nearly typing work stuff into personal LOL

xvz - oh fascinating. i've only ever really eaten stick rice savory / as main dish, so the sticky rice desserts are really strange to me XD unless it's mochi LOL sport stuff like all my dance shoes and my skates

xvz - yep separate computer for work and personal stuff. right now it's more like, personal computer set up properly and work computer off to the side. they don't share any peripherals, but i'm going to do a monitor switcher later on.

xvz - yeah about the sewing machine. originally i had made space on my bookshelf just for it... but then i moved all my sport stuff into that shelf since i can't go out and do those anyway, so now no space for sewing machine LOL

@totalanimefan: yeah..... i'm not sure yet. definitely will need to new desk so i can not ruin my back for work, but i'm not sure about the old desk. i want to keep it for crafting, but also.. open space lol

@xvz: it was ok. sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf today. my work desk is the same as my digital art desk because computer lol. but the second desk is planned for crafting stuff like sewing machine, cutting board, dremel, etc... it just has to be an open desk space without risk of getting particulates in places where particulates shouldn't be

@totalanimefan: yep. i just... didn't do it. i'm getting pretty close to being able to do major moving within the space of the room, which will definitely be a milestone. but also i'm like, huh i kinda enjoy all the open space, maybe i won't put in another desk LOL
