I can't say for sure, because it's always possible that things will get revamped or added later, but I wouldn't count on it, since they're design items. It's why the design contests require a primary color selected, which is considered when the winner is deliberated, haha

They may not get versions without the headbands and accessories, as they were designed and chosen for the site explicitly because of them. However, I'm sure we'll eventually get rompers and longer hair styles, haha.

Haha, the new hair is Saeyra's event design winner--the accessories are very important to the autumn themed design, so they'll probably stay x3
