@Unicorn: oh my god thats terrible! I am so sorry! The worst I get is foot cramps where my middle toe decides it wants to move sideways for some reason. Its easy to fix, I just push it back into place. I also used to sprain my ankle alot as a kid until I learned how to fall better so as not to put my weight on it as I am falling. Either that or my muscles got so stretched from being sprained all the time they are just flexible now XD I also really like shoveling snow in the winter. Its good exercise during the winter months when its too cold to do other kinds. I like exercising doing useful things like mowing the lawn or shoveling snow...is that weird? Either way I hope your foot feels better, maybe take some painkillers if its really bad
