XP pen has some great affordable tablets as well as Huion.
Some range below $100 depending on what you are looking for or what peeks your interest
but i think Huion and XP pen make some great tablets that are affordable.

Sailor moon was my life and i even had a few collectible dolls.
I think my fave character and who is very much like me is Rei.
