@vessel: You're so strong for still being alive. I've struggled with a lot of the same things and I can't really give advice..other than to try and think about any small thing that you can enjoy at that time, which is honestly still really hard. Maybe look at some pretty flowers, maybe some grafitti art, or try doing your own art.. that's the only thing thats ever helped me.
I'm here to vent to, my pms are always open. Please continue living. I'm sure you bring light to people you encounter in some way. Your existence alone is a beautiful thing.
