"So I really can't fault it." She added as she felt around for a utensil of some sort, having a hard time finding it. She ended up just giving up when she put her hand in some of the sauce on one of them.

"... well then." She mutteredbefore shrugging and just grabbing the piece she'd hit with her fingers and eating it.

"... I think I grabbed the chocolate one he mentioned."

Lunet shook her head.

"Nono. I'm ok!" She told him honestly.

"I like mild spice." She assured him with a nod.

"I just don't want it to affect the taste of something new."

Lunet paused a moment before nodding.

"I will in a few." She told him simply.

"I want to let the slight spice settle first."

"I...." Lunet started before pausing.

"huh. All right then." Was all she said. She didn't know exactly what to make of that, but figured that at least it was something for the moment.

She didn't know if she entirely believed it, however.

Cheese? Sweet? That didn't sound like it could be real.

"How... how can something like cheddar work in a cake...?" Lunet asked, her voice, face, puzzled.

"I just... I don't get it. At all." She added after a few seconds.

"What cheeses do you know of?" Rowena then asked.

"Uhhh... cheddar.... mozzarella and parmesan?" was Lunet's answer

Lunet paused a moment.

"I.... what?" She asked.

"Cheese.... in a cake....? That... dessert should be sweet, not cheesey." She added, making it quite apparent that she had no idea what the hell it was that he was talking about. She didn't even touch on his inquiry about the trifle, as she was stuck on the idea of cheese in a cake.

"Tasty." Lunet answered.

"And ... depends?" Was her answer.

"I'm not a huge fan of cakes." She continued. "too dense for me." She added, not knowing what it was that he was going to give her.

"Hey, no worries about the excitement. You've got a new prospect, and we all know you love when you get that." Rowena commented with a light laugh.

"Plus, energy is good." She added.

"Just don't forget about Nakia this time."

"Basically, from what I can gather, he wants to wire a camera into my optic nerve." Lunet commented candidly.

"Which... I admit... sounds scary." She added after a moment or two.

Rowena just laughed.

"I'm good.. Only been doing it for decades." She commented.

"It... It's good?" Lunet then asked, her voice curious.

"I can't see it myself, obviously."

"... All right then." She said.

"I really do appreciate it." She added with a chuckle as Kitt started to sniff what had been brought for the girl.

"..... Is she going to get in the way?" Lunet then asked, her voice curious.

"Not at all." Rowena answered.

"and it is odd that Kitt took to her, but I think being a familiar, she can identify when someone legitimately needs help." She added after a moment or two.

"Lunet's completely blind, and I think maybe that Kitt can sense that." She added before pausing.

"Anyway, yeah. No. Her hair wasn't a nightmare to work on. Once I cut all the dead stuff off, it went easy."
