Doesn't mean you have to shit on me." She added, a bit of venom to her voice. It wasn't hard to guess that it wasn't directed at him exactly, but was still quite frustrating.
"I just hate it."

"So I'm heading home now. Dad'll be at some point later." she added. "Because Leo wants me to test a couple pieces of tech or something."

"Anyway, thank you." she said before they said their farewells and ended the call. She called Leo back right away.
"Do you want to meet me at home, or here?" She asked. "If here, you can give me a lift home."

"I'll call you back." Followed after a second. When he agreed, they ended the call and she died Ty's number.
"Hey Dad. Can I just go home?" She asked.
"Leo's gonna be there with me. Said he has stuff he wants me to test for him."

A few months later, Lunet was silent for a moment as she just leaned forward. Yet again, she was in the cafeteria, and again, it was tech related.
"Dammit. They aren't..." She sighed, heavily as she just pushed the laptop away from her and laid her head on her arms, obviously annoyed, frustrated, and probably pissed.
The contract she'd just listened to was.... not very nice to her, really. Sure, she wasn't super good with that kind of thing, but she realised that they were just trying to wrest control of her project from her. And she really didn't like that. It honestly felt like no one wanted to take her seriously. She was only thirteen, and blind... and it wasn't playing well for her.
