@Wildfire: My holidays were pretty okay, I kind of avoided the festivities because my aunt + uncle + cousins had just got out of quarantine and I'm a bit paranoid about that (for good reason, obviously). I could be doing better in general but it's just a rough patch and I'll get through it.

@Totalanimefan: I mostly wanted stuff that'd be useful - I did get a $100 gift card also, spent it on other miscellaneous stuff (boba tea + accessories, stuff for my best friend's gift package). Probably should've ordered things that are more technically fun but yknow, it is what it is :3

I should get one of the lamps you mentioned in your original post - usually my depression is about the same year round but this year it's dipped in winter 'cause of everything happening TwT

I got an assortment of tech related stuff - case for my Switch lite, a tripod for my phone and another phone holder to hold my Switch (both so I can stream me playing ACNH to my best friend lol), a cute cat cup with a matching saucer and tiny fancy spoon... and a popsocket top for my phone, since my last one was a plain plastic one.

Best friend drew my sona and is apparently gonna color that for Christmas and I'm Very much crying because this wasn't expected at all :'D

@Wildfire: If it says anything about how occupied I am with Terraria - I've apparently played 100ish hours in the last two weeks. >w>;

I should note that the goatee/soul patch thing is pretty close to the skin! Not super fluffy, like my post style art (nevermind the fact I never colored the lines for the facial hair... still need to fix that......orz)


Also don't worry! I'm very very patient, I know art is a fickle thing - most of the time I hardly draw consistently >w>;

@Wildfire: It was VERY hard at first - I died literally a hundred times in my first 50 hours. Now I only die if I do something stupid (like wearing ranged combat armor in melee combat). I think I have 250 hours in it so far? Which is close to my... 300 hours in ACNH....
