Will be an early morning. Oh the things i sacrifice on my weekends to do things i enjoy >w <
But yeah gonna go run 13.1 miles. Y'all might think I'm crazy but it is something i enjoy.
But at least I'll come back and probably go to sleep xp

I'm also a runner, but tomorrow I'm going to ruck a 5k with 50 pounds. Not as cool as a half marathon, but still pretty cool haha.

I won't even run down the hall to the bathroom. Lol. I abhor running. If you see me running, you should run to because something is chasing me. Lol.
My late wife used to run though. It was therapeutic for her. She had some issues and it was a way for her to let out her pent up energy and stress.

What got you into running?

What got me in running was it helped me relieve a lot of stress and still does. But now it is mostlt becauae I enjoy it and enjoy running in cool air and seeing different scenery where possible.


@Reanna: haha I didn't think it was possible either! But it is something I want to do, but they don't offer it much at my base. And when they do, it is just bad timing ><

I walk a lot and walking helps just as much as running sometimes I run.

Sound slike a challenging but gret run to have. I've been wanting to run ever since I got out of hospital, but my ankles sadly aint with me, especially not on stressfull days, so instead I grab my bike. But i really want t train up to the 'royal run' at the crown princes 50th birthday next year where he will have marathon runs in 5 cities. So I'm trying to get my ankles stronger, and train running. Found a couch-to-5k running app, that seems pretty helpful, as long as I remember to listen to my brain/body.

Update i ran it in 2 hours 11 minutes! Will better prep for next year cause by mile 10 I was slowing down

@kozi: I read that rollerskating is easier on your joints than running, might be a solution for you if you want to have exercise with a little more of speed..?

@burntcicle: Still it's a good time and such, but again I'm not too sure in the km/mile conversion. xD * just assumes its about 15 kms *
