"Good to know. Thank you." Was all Kalin said as she got to her feet, and he headed off.

While she was staying with Rene, she had reorganised his bookshelves about three times, each time in a different manner as it seemed she just couldn't be happy with it. She also organised pretty much everythign else she had access to in his suite, it really didn't matter what it was either.

She also made sure that his suite was completely clean. He was never a disasterous person, but ... he'd never seen it quite this clean before.

As he returned home and she was rearranging his living room a bit to make it a bit more open - he'd mentioned offhanded that he'd like a more open concept for the layout in the past - he realised that she really was perfectly fine. He'd been resistant to believing she was all right. Especially considering the fact that he'd learned before this that she was one to overstate her current health status.

Her moving things was all the convincing he needed though. Especially since she was nothing more than winded when he returned home.

"Oh! Hey there. I ... didn't realise it got so late. Oops." She admitted after a moment or two when he'd greeted her.

Kalin just sighed.

"I'm going to go leave the laptop in a place where I know she'll grab it, then... head off to class or something." She commented.

"I'm not sure beyond that." She admitted.

"But I'll let you know what's going on... whenever I know. That work for you?"

"Admittedly, still not entirely sure that it'd be a good idea for me to remain in the forms." Kalin commented.

"But, I think that's something to cross later." She then said.

"Regardless, I am going to head out and do that." She paused a moment.

"Are you working today?" She asked. When Rene shook his head, she just chuckled.

"How about after my class, we meet for lunch?" She asked. I can conveniently leave the laptop in my dorm during our date."[/b]

Sure enough, later that day, Kalin was picked up off of campus, making sure that she was seen by her dormmate, by Rene and they drove off.

"I saw her eyeing it earlier." She told him honestly.

"When I showed up with it, I saw her wanting to get her hands on it. She wants to check it out, and it's better than what she has anyway." She added as she peeled th eprotective layer off of her hands.

"thank you for this, by the way." She added.

"Gave me a chance to spread it and not be affected myself. That'd be horrible."

"That would most certainly be ideal." Kalin commented, referring to the idea of taking out more than just her.

"But yeah. As long as she's hit, that's the main thing." she added.

[Regardless, any ideas for where to go for food? Because... I am actualyl rather hungry."[/b] She then said.

Kalin nodded.

"I'll le you know what's going on." She told him.

"For now, I'll go and act all innocent." She added.

"Thank you again. And I'll talk to you later." She added with a light chuckle, before heading off after grabbing the bag that he'd offered.

Kalin just sighed before withdrawing her cell phone from her pocket and calling campus security. Primarily because being in such a state is against campus rulings.

Nevermind outright law, but she didn't know about that.

Also, they were on her bed, which was just not right.

She stepped out into the hall while on the phone, and just leaned against the wall across from the door, watching it to see if anyone left... not that she thought anyone would.

Kalin sighed lightly.

"Anything that can be done regarding the laptop?" She asked.

"I literally just bought it, have the receipts and the box in my closet to prove it." She added.

"Apparently they decided to destroy that in the process." She paused a moment, looking to think about it.

"Or should I contact the city police regarding that instead?"

"as for not sleeping on that bed, I have somewhere I can stay, I think. So it isn't quite a concern for me."

Kalin didn't day anything for a moment before sighing, heavily at that.

"Yeah.... No. Not interested." She agreed with a nod.

"And of course. Let's get that done and over with." She added with a nod, knowing that it'd be relatively quick and painless.

Some time later, Kalin was sitting on the front steps to the school, wiaitng. As she had expected he would, Rene had agreed to pick her up and let her stay with him through this. She also had the laptop with her for a hopeful exchange too.

Kalin climbed in with a light sigh.

"So they trashed this thing." She commented after a moment or two.

"As I think we both expected, but I mean it's pretty seriously dead."
