Hi guys. I just wanna
take a moment.
And tell you guys about what I did today.

Okay so I'm a graphic designer and sometimes we do HTML emails. If something is already stylized, or I need to know where to cut and paste some HTML in the code, I use the word "butts". I've done this since college because it's a word I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO REMOVE. Yaknow.

So I was working this morning and I made an ad and submitted it to my boss and NO LESS THAN 10 SECONDS LATER. I get a call from her.

"Hey Adam....um.... are you trying to get me fired?" And I go into a minor panic because she's been fighting the big boss for her job recently and, yaknow, I don't want to be reason for her leaving. I really like my boss.

She starts to laugh and she's like "Honey, the word 'butts' is ALL over my ad." and my face turns red and I'm like crap, crap, crap I can't believe I forgot. AND IM SCREAMING INTERNALLY because of my god that's embarrassing but also hilarious.

So it's all good now, the butts are removed and both jobs are safe but thats the energy for today and I find it to be rather chaotic.

@Priestess of Pie: GOD me too lmao She just said "OH MY GOD YOU'RE SO ADORABLE" after I explained.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah, that and when my direct boss is mad I get anxious and tend to avoid him because he WILL take it out on me. And he was mad all day. No idea why.

@Hazer: HA I hope no one goes through that. I apparently haven't learned my lesson because I did it again this afternoon, but remembered to remove them.

@Tsundererra: I'm also super grateful for that because it could have gotten bad FAST for both of us. I was so busy yesterday, and sometimes its hard to proof your own stuff, so I appreciate it a lot.

@Totalanimefan: I feel for your boss then. It sucks. I've been working here for over a year, and just recently has my direct boss started acting like he liked me. Getting critique from this man is like pulling teeth. And I'm a young artist so I need guidance and he refused to give it. Something changed in November, and he hasnt been as awful.
